Context
P2P.org runs staking and validator infrastructure for institutional clients such as BitGo, Bitvavo and Crypto.com. I owned validator operations, protocol upgrades, governance and tokenomics for a team of 5, across 9 projects and 15+ networks, reporting to the CEO/CPO.
The problem
Hyperliquid was a new network with unusually heavy integration requirements, and validator rankings depend on stake: a launch only counts if enough delegators choose you.
What I did
- Led the launch end to end and took it live on New Year's Eve with near-zero downtime.
- Reached out to partners and customers myself to persuade them to stake with P2P, so we could hold the ranking after launch.
Outcome
P2P reached Top 15 node operator status on Hyperliquid.
